To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure smooth processing, an uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory for ALL return, replacement, or exchange requests, regardless of the reason.

Requests submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.

To ensure transparency and protect our business from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is strictly mandatory for ALL return and exchange requests, regardless of the reason for return.

We will not process any return, exchange, or refund without valid video proof.

Video Guidelines

Continuous Recording:
The video must be completely unedited, with no cuts or pauses, starting from before the package is opened.

Visible Details:
The video must clearly show the original sealed packaging from all sides, with the shipping label and tracking details clearly visible.

Product Inspection:
The video must show the package being opened and the product being taken out.

If you are claiming a defect, damage, or incorrect item, the issue must be clearly shown in the video.

Please note: Return requests submitted without an unboxing video meeting these criteria will be automatically rejected.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

An uninterrupted unboxing video is provided with the return request.
The return request is raised within the specified return period.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unstained.
Original tags, brand packaging, and accessories are intact.
Proof of purchase/order details are provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must remain in their original condition and must include applicable tags, packaging, and accessories.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

Order number.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video with no cuts or pauses, recorded from before opening the package. It must clearly show the outer sealed box/courier bag, shipping label, opening process, and the product defect/damage.
Clear photographs of the product: Photos showing the entire product and the defect/damage.
Clear photographs of the packaging: Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label.
A brief description of the issue.

Reminder: The unboxing video and photos must be attached directly to your return request email or message. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

4. Return Request

Please do not ship any product back without receiving prior confirmation and approval of your video proof from our team.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Approval

All return and exchange requests will be reviewed by our team based on the information and supporting evidence submitted.

6. Video Verification & Quality Inspection

Initial Video Verification: Our team will first review your mandatory unboxing video and photos to approve the return collection or dispatch.
Physical Inspection: Once the returned product arrives at our facility, it will undergo physical inspection to verify that tags, packaging, and condition match the video proof.

Refunds or exchanges will only be finalized after successful completion of both verification steps.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved under this policy, the applicable refund will be processed according to the approved resolution.

8. Refund Processing

The processing time for an approved refund may depend on the payment method and applicable payment service provider.

9. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability, condition, and submission of the mandatory unboxing video attached to your exchange request.

If the requested replacement size or design is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered according to this policy.

10. Non-Eligible Returns

Products that do not satisfy the applicable return conditions, including products without the required video proof, may not be accepted for return or exchange.
